Caleb received his legal education from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, class of 2016. He practiced as a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington, D.C., on matters ranging from Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, to Fortune 10 company contract disputes, to a record-breaking $11.4 billion bankruptcy claim. Some of his proudest achievements have been in successful civil rights litigation alongside the ACLU.
After years of litigation practice, Caleb departed Willkie and the east coast to start his own private business law practice in Los Angeles, California. He empowers individuals and their growing businesses with his years of experience in incorporation, contracts, licensing, and related commercial matters. His unique litigation background provides him with valuable insight in avoiding potential pitfalls and preparing clients for the future.
